Cookies and Advertising

We use cookies to help make a client’s experience when using a Website easy and meaningful.

When you visit our Websites, the Website’s web server sends a cookie to your computer. Cookies are files that web browsers place on a computer’s hard drive and are used to tell us whether clients and visitors have visited the Website previously. There are two types of cookies: session and persistent. Session cookies exist only during an online session. They disappear from your computer when you close your browser software or turn off your computer. Persistent cookies remain on your computer after you have closed your browser or turned off your computer. They include such information as a unique identifier for your browser.

Veson uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the system to uniquely identify you while you are logged in. This information allows Veson to process your online transactions and requests. Session cookies are required in order to use a Service to help us verify your identity and that you are a registered user. Veson uses persistent cookies that only Veson can read and use to identify whether you are a Veson client or prior Website visitor. We are careful about the security and confidentiality of the information stored in persistent cookies. For example, we do not store account numbers or passwords in persistent cookies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but note that users who disable their browser’s ability to accept cookies may be able to browse certain pages of a Website but generally will not be able to use the full functionality of our Website or products and services.

We may from time to time engage third parties to track and analyze non-personal usage and volume statistical information from visitors to our Website to help us administer our Website and improve its quality. Such third parties may use cookies to help track visitor behavior. Such cookies will not be used to associate individual website visitors to any personal data. We use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information about visitors to our Websites. This is done in order to discover, for example, how many visitors we have to the Website. You can read more about the use of Google Analytics and their privacy policy on their website.
